Housing Services
A permanent home is where recovery begins.
From emergency transitional housing to long-term permanent placement, we provide the stable foundation veterans need to rebuild their lives - with 3 meals a day and no move-out date.
For a veteran, homelessness isn't just a housing problem — it's a health crisis, a mental health crisis, and a dignity crisis all at once. At Golden Alliance Company, we address all of it by starting with the one thing that makes everything else possible: a real, permanent home. Not a 30-day bed. Not a shelter bunk. A place that is genuinely yours, for as long as you need it.
Our housing programs move veterans from crisis to stability through a structured, supported pathway. We begin with transitional housing for those who need immediate safe placement, then move them into permanent housing backed by case management, daily meals, and a full range of wraparound services. Every veteran in our program receives 3 meals a day — because stability starts with not being hungry.
What’s Included:
Transitional to Permanent Housing
Veterans in crisis receive immediate safe placement in transitional housing while our team secures a permanent living situation. The goal is speed and stability — so no veteran spends longer than necessary in temporary arrangements.
3 Meals a Day Included
All veterans placed in GAC housing receive three meals daily at no additional cost. Nutritious, consistent meals are a foundational part of health and recovery — and we make sure no resident ever has to choose between eating and anything else.
Case Management & Wraparound Services
Each resident is paired with a dedicated case manager who addresses housing, healthcare, mental health, financial stability, and employment needs holistically. We don't just manage cases — we build relationships and long-term plans.
VA & HUD-VASH Program Coordination
Golden Alliance Company actively coordinates with the VA, HUD-VASH, and local housing authorities on behalf of each veteran. We navigate the systems so veterans don't have to — eliminating the bureaucratic maze that too often stands between a veteran and the help they've earned.
Why Choose This Service?
The difference between GAC housing and most other programs is the word 'permanent.' Most emergency and transitional housing comes with a countdown clock - 30 days, 90 days, six months. At GAC, once a veteran is placed, that's their home for as long as they need it. No hidden timelines. No sudden transitions. Stability you can actually plan around.
We also know that housing alone isn't enough. That's why every housing resident has access to GAC's full suite of services - home health, dental care, transportation, and independent living support — all coordinated through their case manager. For many veterans, this is the first time every piece of their support has been in one place, managed by one team, and aimed at one goal: their long-term independence.
"Let us help you find the stability and support you've earned - starting today.
